There are no minimums for casting standard sterling silver and most gold product. There are minimums for casting DeOx sterling silver, fine silver, 10 karat gold and palladium white gold. Minimum volume for finishing depends on the nature of the product(s) and the kind(s) of finishing we must do. Please call us to discuss your needs.
Do you offer discounts for volume orders?
Yes. If you plan to order a particular piece in quantity, we'll set up discounts in our computer system so that each time you order quantities of this item it will be discounted automatically.
Will SPC use my metal?
No.
How do I place my order?
If you are a new client, please call us to discuss your first order. If you are an existing client, and we have your molds, you may fax or email your order directly. If you are an existing client and are sending your molds, please include your order in the box with your molds.
How should I pack my waxes?
Wax models are fragile and can break quite easily during shipping. The best way to prevent breakage is to individually wrap each wax in bubble wrap or similar product (do not use tissue or cotton balls), and put them in a small box. Place that small box, surrounded by packing material, in a larger box to keep them from shifting around during shipping.
How do you ship?
We use United Parcel Service. Shipments within California are usually sent ground; out of state deliveries are sent 2nd day air. All shipments are insured for the invoice amount. If you want special shipping or insurance arrangements, please notify us at the time you place your order. We add a $2.50 handling charge to the standard UPS shipping fee.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Established accounts may pay by check.
Do you accept returns?
We stand behind our work. In case of casting or finishing defects, please call us first to describe and discuss the problem. Once received, we will examine the items and call to discuss your return. Returned pieces must be received within 30 days of the invoice date.
